Indonesian Journal of Bioinformatics (InaJBI) is an open access; peer-reviewed journal aiming to communicate high-quality research articles, reviews and general articles in the field of bioinformatics and related discipline.  Bioinformatics has shaped the understanding Biology and Medicine since the democratisation of computer. Today the rise of digital age has fuel the data-driven insight and discoveries that has never been imagined decades ago. Covid-19 Pandemic (2020) has remind us that data related to biology and medicine could influence the the public health decision making.  This journal was founded with an aim to accelarate adoption and development of Bioinformatics discipline across the world, and to integrate the intellectual, methodological, and substantive diversity of science, and to encourage a vigorous dialogue between scientist, practitioner and policy maker.
